<div>St Charles is in the process of completing many repairs to the culvert through the neighborhood. These repairs will protect the surrounding homes from storm waters. St Charles will submit to FEMA the repairs to have homes inside the flood zone removed from the flood zone. These repairs are starting in March and expected to take about 5 months.
